HELP’s Brain Power Program engages both sides of the brain and through whole body movement integrates the lateralization of brain function.
HELP’s Brain Power Program builds and strengthens the connections within the regions of the brain.
Along with improving cognitive functions such as memory, focus, and concentration, the Brain Power Program improves physical balance and coordination.
Many of our students have grown in their physical abilities such as riding a bike, pumping a swing, swimming, kicking or throwing a ball. Due to the focus of temporal-spatial awareness, tasks such as catching a ball, driving a car or riding a bike can improve. Our aging adult students have noticed better balance.
